Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Alpha & Eden does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances once an order has been shipped.

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Because of the handling, storage, and chain-of-custody requirements associated with research compounds, we cannot verify product integrity once it leaves our facility.

For this reason, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

To initiate a claim, you must provide:

Clear photographs of the outer shipping box

Photographs of the product(s) received

Order number

Batch number (if applicable)

Failure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery may result in denial of the claim.

If your claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion, reship the correct item or issue a replacement. Refunds are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of Alpha & Eden.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

Improper storage after delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account suspension, order cancellation, and reporting to payment processors and fraud prevention networks.

We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with full documentation, including delivery confirmation and correspondence.
